Location is near the Willis Tower and Diogardo's pizza place. We were provided with a free breakfast that was OK. The Hotel staff were very helpful in information about the attractions in town.

Full breakfast was nice! room was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king suite for I extra charge. We also liked we were able to check in before 2. Would stay here again in the future .

The breakfast was good and well managed. I reached late and still there was stuff. Staff was a little cranky and acted like she was forced to work. The silverware were cheap and kept breaking on me.

Killer spot in the middle of everything downtown. Short walk to tons of stuff. The property has become a bit run down since the last time I stayed there pre-pandemic. The rooms are okay - things are becoming dated and could use a refresh. The breakfast is good, not great, like it used to be.
